7. Can you send my order as gift ?

We usually send our order as gift automatically if you rather have it send as something else please leave a comment in the section when placing your order. We can also put a price on the label you can also leave a comment in the section while placing your order

The transit of your package that is written on our website is an estimation given by the post office
Sometimes it can be longer!

15. Do you ship during the weekend?

As our office is closed during the weekend, we do not ship any parcel.

Any order made on Friday after 7PM (Japanese Time) will be processed on Monday.

16. A Product i want is not on the website Can i Request It ?

If there a is product that you want and it is not on our website just leave us a message with a picture of the product you want and we will do our best to find it for you  at the best price.

17. I would like to remove a Package because it might be Problematic  is it possible ?
